Terms of Service for Art Commissions1. Payment
I accept payments via PayPal (in USD) and Pix (in BRL).
Payment can be made in two ways:
• 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.
• 100% after I send and you approve the sketch.2. Work Process
I’ll start working after receiving the first payment (or full payment, if you choose that option).
You’ll receive an initial sketch for approval.
Please request any changes during the sketch phase. Major changes after that may have an extra fee.3. Commercial and Personal Use
Personal use:
• You’re welcome to share the artwork on social media. I just ask that, if possible, you keep the credit or leave the watermark visible.
Commercial use:
• An extra fee will apply. Please let me know beforehand if the artwork is for commercial purposes.4. Copyright and Ownership
I retain all copyright to the artwork.
You’ll receive usage rights according to what we agree on (personal or commercial).
I may share the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or for promotion unless we agree on exclusivity.5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel after I’ve started the work, the amount paid up to that point is non-refundable.
If I cancel for any reason, I’ll issue a full refund.6. Other Notes
All commission details (theme, style, deadline, etc.) must be agreed upon before I start.
